This Retreat event is part of the world I inhabit, wanting to be of service, to assist in individual healing processes, present in each one of us – myself included- when we give ourselves the chance. Many of us live lives that include stress. Over time we face many crises, adapt to or endure many issues that on their own would cause discomfort, but we cope and carry on as best we can. The natural and healthy rhythms of our lives include for down time, but we can build up a backlog, so specifically choosing an opportunity to put down the load, even briefly, can help us and benefit the whole of our lives, and those who are in our life too.
This Retreat event builds on the success of last summer’s Retreat at the same venue. I gained a lot of experience running a Retreat Centre in Crete for 6 years and though Hourne Farm is very different it responds well to loving attention; to create a clean and clear space for you, with love and respect at the heart of it. Simple and powerful – the results can be amazing! My lovely friend Joyce Jenkin with whom I developed many ideas of better understanding of the Bach Remedies is joining us this time. She has many skills, including being a Reiki master.
